I honestly think their debut song is the best song ever by them. I prefer the Japanese version just because I can sing along.

Day 9 :Favorite BEAST Song
They could have made it as a ballad group.
BTOB didn’t leave such a memorable impression on me. After seeing their teaser, I really wanted them too.
Just to jog some memories, they released Insane as their debut track. It wasn’t a bad debut but it felt too much like Beast. Even the sound was similar. I think their main problem is that they are living in Beast’s shadow. That and their debut wasn’t full of bells and whistle which made a lot of people look at them for their talent and sound.
I have to say compared to Beast, BTOB’s vocals are very impressive. Especially for a rookie group. They’ve really showed this off with their follow up song, Father. It’s a ballad, which I am happy about. It shows off their gorgeous vocals and it’s quite touching.
Welcome BTOB officially.
I’ve been talking about this group quite a bit, and they’ve finally released the full audio for their debut. They are promoting a ballad and a dance track, and I’m glad they have something for everyone.
Amazingly or actually shockingly, I prefer this track over the ballad, Imagine.
I guess you can call this a mid tempo ballad. I personally am not too fond of it. I don’t think I’ll follow them promoting this track too much. It’s quite evident in Insane that they have some “Beast” like quality, and yes I mean the group. I’m not saying they are an exact replica but they have a similar sound. You could even say they have some “MBLAQ” qualities as well which could either play to their advantage or disadvantage.
BTOB gives a ‘MBLAQ/BEAST’ vibe.
They’ll be presenting fans with a ballad and dance track when they debut. There’s pretty much something for everyone now. Most likely I’ll be leaning toward the ballad but who knows.
But anyway, this song really gives a mixed vibe of groups I’ve heard before.
The one time I don’t like Yoseob’s voice.
It’s not that I don’t like his voice, but I really feel like yes he is a great ballad singer but I really want him to branch out.
I was really looking forward to this song. And this is from first impressions, the audio teaser.
This song just does not fit him because he’s paired with Eun Ji. You could say vice versa but collectively in this song, their voices don’t compliment each other. I have nothing again Eun Ji or Yoseob, just not feeling them together.

Ah this was so difficult. Not because I couldn’t pick my bias but becasue Yoseob is such a cutie (next to my Heo Young Saeng and Tegoshi~) that I literally spent thirty minutes looking at pictures of him.
Moving on.
Yoseob is one of my biases that is actually mainly because he can sing very well. That’s what attracted me to him in the first place. He has a voice in him. And his cuteness just makes everything better ^.^
